WP Edit Redirect is a super-lightweight plugin that allows you to add "/wp-edit/" to the end of a page or post URL in order to be redirected to the admin. Quick access to the backend to make changes on the fly! You'll find this one very handy if you've opted to hide the admin bar on the front end.
